Affiliate Disclosure
Some links here can earn TradePages a commission. Here is exactly which ones — and why that money can't move a ranking.
This affiliate disclosure covers every link on TradePages that could earn us money, and every vendor that couldn't pay us if it wanted to. Reader trust is the only asset this desk has, so the accounting is public.
How /go/ links work
Every affiliate link on this site is routed through a /go/ address — /go/wix, /go/glossgenius and so on — so you can always see one coming. Click one and you land on the vendor's site with our referral tag attached; if you then buy something, the vendor pays us a commission out of its own margin. The price you pay is the same either way, and a plain vendor name without a /go/ link earns us nothing.
Vendors that may pay us
Links to these vendors may be affiliate links: Wix, Squarespace, Square, Hostinger, Bandzoogle, Mighty Networks, Podia, Joy, Fresha and GlossGenius. "May" is deliberate — programs, networks and terms shift, and we'd rather over-disclose than under-disclose.
Vendors that pay us nothing
A large share of the vendors priced in our guides have no affiliate relationship with us at all: Tithe.ly, Nucleus, IDX Broker, Placester, Luxury Presence, BentoBox, Owner.com, Mindbody, Tebra, Zola and The Knot all appear as plain, unlinked names with their real prices. They're in the guides because the comparisons would be dishonest without them — not because anyone paid for the mention.
Why commissions can't move a ranking
Every pick comes out of the fixed, public method at how we rank, and links get attached only after the verdict is set. The record backs that up. Fresha sits on our affiliate list, and the salon verdict still moved away from it in August 2026 when its free model ended — the commission didn't save its slot. Two of our ten picks are $0 plans, Joy for weddings and Square Online's free store for restaurants, which is not how a commission-maximizing desk would rank. And the priciest specialists in our guides — the quote-only suites — pay us nothing and get covered anyway.
If you spot a link that isn't disclosed the way this page promises, write to the desk and it gets fixed.
